Here at the Dore Grill we have been hosting functions for nearly twenty years, so we do know what works, we can help plan your special day so everything goes exactly how you want it to. We can handle parties from Ten to a Hundred, its a big place.

So if you have a birthday, wedding, anniversary or even a funeral we can help. If you want a sit down meal instead of a finger Buffet it's not a problem.

Have a look at the Views page for some more ideas. We have rooms that can be private at no extra charge. If you book on a Saturday night you get the music and chance to dance as well. ( Ian our D.J. may work on other nights if you want.)

A BIT OF A DO

We fill up for Christmas day very quickly, so book early to avoid disappointment.

The same applies for other special days too, Like Valentines day,  Mothering Sunday  and New Years Eve.

In December the menus change to reflect the festive season so we run our “Christmas Fayre” selections, ideal for Works or Office parties (Don’t forget your crackers)

On Fridays in December we have a dinner dance as well as Saturday.  

Ÿ	If you can, pre-order ( phone it through a few days before or e-mail me) with it. This gives all your guests more time to chat instead of studying menus and our chefs more time to prepare.

Ÿ	Have a master list of what everyone has ordered and bring it with you.

Ÿ	Consider place cards with the menu choices written on the back ( someone always forgets what they ordered) even if you hand them to your guests as they arrive and let them choose their own seat, and at least you will know who has turned up.

Ÿ	Remember to include the children (no matter how small, they need a place at the table too)

Ÿ	Let us know if your numbers change. ( up or down )

Ÿ	We only require a deposit for parties over ten and remember to bring your receipt with you.
